Katrina Ngui is our talented Administration Assistant.
After graduating from Polytechnic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Tourism Management, she decided to further her technical studies and pursue a course in Professional Baking and Pastry Arts.
Katrina brings a wealth of administration knowledge and expertise to our team, with previous experience working as a Revenue Specialist and Customer Support Officer. She has also owned her own home-based baking business – through which she developed a passion for liaising with customers and catering to their individual needs.
As part of our team, her day-to-day work consists of organising client paperwork, appointments, and internal communications. She loves planning her workdays and says there’s nothing better than having a list of tasks, so you don’t forget anything! Katrina also believes that keeping an organised workspace is key to ensuring tasks are prioritised efficiently and actioned in a timely manner.
As an individual, Katrina is extremely detail-orientated and strives for perfection in all tasks – which is attributable to her refined skills as a Baker!
Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending time with her Mum, younger sister and three rescue dogs. Her favourite hobbies include watching movies, reading, and of course baking delicious treats to share with family and friends.
Her ultimate dream is to someday buy farmland in the countryside, where she can provide a loving home to stray and rescue animals.
