If you have previously lodged a Tax Return with us:
Please send your records to clientrecords@collectivefp.com.au.
If you would prefer a face-to-face appointment with your accountant, please mention this in your email. We’ll arrange the meeting once your tax return has been completed.
If you have not previously lodged a Tax Return with us:
Please contact Helena Deaves at helenadeaves@collectivefp.com.au to initiate the onboarding process.
Once your onboarding has been completed, follow the process above.
Our current estimated turnaround time is 4–6 weeks.
