• You can also download the myprosperity app on your phone, enabling you to manage your finances effortlessly, anytime, anywhere.

• Protecting and securing your information is a top priority at Collective, and myprosperity plays a key role in this commitment.
• Moving forward, we will no longer email personal, confidential, or sensitive documents. Instead, these documents will be securely stored in your client portal, where you can easily access and download them.
• We also encourage you to use the myprosperity portal to share your personal information with us securely.

• Within the next week, you’ll receive an email from Collective with step-by-step instructions on activating your myprosperity account.
