Eight years ago, Caitlyn started at Collective as a trainee. These days, she’s the one clients turn to for the advice that actually moves them forward, and she reckons that’s the best part of the job. Watching people and businesses grow, and growing right alongside them.
Give her a messy spreadsheet, a curly tax question, or a process that’s clunkier than it needs to be, and she’s genuinely in her element. Caitlyn’s the type who can’t leave a problem half-solved, and who’s constantly looking for a smarter, faster, more useful way to do things, tech included.
She graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2023 and became a CPA in 2025. Outside the office, she’s just as likely to be found at the gym, on the soccer pitch, or down by the water fishing, as she is curled up with a book or a puzzle. She once spent a month eating and drinking her way across London, France, Italy, Spain and Greece, and before that, camped her way around New Zealand fresh out of high school. These days her favourite spot is still the beach, ideally with her partner, family or friends nearby.
