Before joining Collective, Siubhan was the business manager for an independent school, where she sharpened her Xero skills and developed a real knack for keeping the books in order. These days she’s put that experience to great use in a part-time bookkeeping role that suits her perfectly.
Siubhan loves the variety of working across multiple clients, helping each one keep their books in tip-top shape. It’s a role that plays to her strengths – a sharp eye for detail and a genuine enjoyment of problem-solving.
Her background spans small and medium businesses across retail, research, engineering, bookkeeping and management, giving her a real understanding of the everyday challenges clients face, and the ability to talk about them without the jargon. It hasn’t gone unnoticed either: her team has been quick to point out how fast she picked up the role, and how good she is at what she does.
Outside of work, Siubhan is happiest making things – whether that’s in the kitchen, the craft room, or the woodshed.
